We offer a convenient, reliable and affordable Hire Equipment Service for short term (minimum 3 days) or long term stays.
If you are planning a holiday and you have limited space to bring your own mobility equipment, or you are leaving hospital and need mobility aids to help with your recovery then give us a call.
We can provide a wide range of equipment to suit your requirements (Subject to availability)

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please be aware when cancelling pre-booked Hire Equipment a £25.00 non-refundable administration fee will be charged for each item booked.
REFUNDS:
Hire Booking Cancellations & Refunds are subject to a non-refundable administration fee of £25.00 for each item booked.
Cancellation more than 30 days before date of booking - Full refund less £25.00 administration fee for each item booked + Deposit paid will also be refunded in full.
Cancellation less than 30 days before date of booking - Cancellation Fee is 75%. Refund - 25% for each item booked + Deposit paid will also be refunded in full.
Cancellation less than 7 days before date of booking - Cancellation Fee is 100% Refund 0% for each item booked - Deposit only will be refunded.
Please be aware, we do not refund deposits automatically as we are unable to keep your card details on file due to Data Protection, therefore YOU WILL NEED TO CALL US on your return home so we can issue the deposit refund back to the original card that was used. Please have your card details ready when you call.
Refunds will only be processed within 3 months from the end of the hire period. After that the deposit will be retained as per our Terms & Conditions.
DURING THE HIRE PERIOD IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO MAKE SURE THE SCOOTER/S ARE NEVER USED OR STORED IN THE RAIN. THEREFORE, PLEASE ARRANGE BEFORE BOOKING A SCOOTER THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO STORE IT IN A SUITABLE DRY PLACE I.E: CARAVAN/CHALET OR CAR BOOT. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND/OR A CLAIM AGAINST YOUR HOME INSURANCE WILL NEED TO BE ACTIONED TO COVER THE COST OF A REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.
