Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel items and receive a full refund. 

 Products purchased online may be returned, for replacement or refund if not suitable for your use, provided the product/s are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. This is in addition to your statutory rights. The goods must be unused and sealed in their original packaging and fit for resale.

 

Please note: For Health & Hygiene reasons, Personal products can not be accepted for return or refund.

      FAULTY GOODS ONLY:

• 0 - 30 - days you can claim a full refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. 

• 30 days - six months you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund

• Six months or more - you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on you to prove the product is faulty

Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

We reserve the right to charge for all shipping costs incurred if you are returning a product, unless the product is damaged, incomplete, incorrect or quantities are missing, you must inform us within 24 hours on receipt of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Please be aware when cancelling pre-booked Hire Equipment a £25.00 non-refundable administration fee will be charged for each item booked.

 

REFUNDS:

Cancellation more than 30 days before date of booking - Full refund less £25.00 administration fee for each item booked.

Cancellation less than 30 days before date of booking - Cancellation Fee is 75% Refund 25% for each item booked.

​

Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of booking - Cancellation fee is 100%. Refund 0%.

DURING THE HIRE PERIOD SCOOTERS MUST NEVER BE USED OR STORED IN THE RAIN THEREFORE PLEASE ARRANGE BEFORE BOOKING A SCOOTER THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO STORE IT IN A DRY PLACE I.E: CARAVAN/CHALET OR CAR BOOT. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED FORFEITS YOUR DEPOSIT AND A CLAIM AGAINST YOUR HOME INSURANCE.
